We took action on and exploited opportunities we identified and found as we went deeper into the session. We adjusted where needed to combat the opposition.

6. Reach the End Goal

SB-242 passed with a 16-4 vote in the NV Senate; and 40-0 vote in the assembly creating the Psychedelic Medicines Working Group who will publish a report in November 2024.
